What do we do?

They assist individuals in improving their credit scores and disposable income through debt remedial services and savings, while also offering access to credit, insurance products and rewards from accredited providers. Our Reboot service specifically helps customers with poor credit scores to improve their creditworthiness.

The Services provided by us via this Website, aim to provide Clients with lenders or other providers of financial services who can offer loan products best suited for the Client's need.

Any examples of amounts available to borrow, terms (repayment periods) or rates stated on our website are purely given as a representative example relating to the product. These representative examples are stated to give our customers an understanding of the products available.

Please note that HELLOCREDIT is NOT a lender. Any loan contracts will be concluded directly between a specific lender and a customer. Through this Website it is NOT possible to conclude a loan agreement. Please also be aware that the decision to offer any short term loan or financial service is made by the lender or finance provider and HELLOCREDIT has no control over the decision making.

Terms of using the Services

You may use the Website and Services only for personal purposes and not for business purposes, unless we agreed otherwise in writing with you.

To use the Services, you must be an adult and have full legal capacity and be a South African citizen or a person with permanent residence permit in South Africa, live in South Africa, and if you represent a legal person or so-called a flawed legal entity and we have made a written agreement with you - you must have authorization to represent that person.

The agreement for the "Account" service is concluded once you receive an email with confirmation of registration. The agreement is valid for an indefinite period of time and terminates upon the Account being deleted. One Account can be set up only for one person.

By entering into the agreement for the "Account" service, you also automatically enter the agreements for the services: Loan Offers, Insurance Offers, Credit Card Offers, Cellular Offers, Credit Reboot, HelloBucks.

You can delete your Account (terminate the agreement for the "Account" service) at any time by using the appropriate tab on the Website in client area.

We may delete your Account (terminate the agreement for the "Account" service) if:

You violate the provisions of the Terms of Conditions and you continue to do so despite our warning,

Deleting Account (termination the agreement for the "Account" service) occurs with immediate effect.

You are obliged to keep the access data to your Account secret and to do due diligence, not to allow them to be lost or acquired by third parties. In the event of access by a third party or any other breach of the security of the access data, you should immediately inform us. We are not responsible for any damage caused as a result of providing your username and password to third parties, unless disclosure results from our fault.

Loan Offers

To use the Loan Offering Service it is necessary for you to:

  • have fully functional Account
  • To be logged into your Client Dashboard
  • Complete all necessary information if need be
  • Loan offering Service is free of charge.

The Loan offering service aims at finding the best loan or a lender available for you, based on information provided by you.

To use Loan offering service you simply need to use our Loan offering form by filling it out with following data:

  • preferred loan amount
  • preferred loan term
  • monthly gross income
  • your salary date

HelloCredit provides a Loan Offering service to assist you in finding suitable loan options. However, it's important to note that HelloCredit is not a lender or loan provider. Any loan agreements or contracts will be directly between you and the lending institution. HelloCredit does not have control over the decision-making process of lenders.

The Loan Offering service is available to clients with a fully functional Account. To access this service, you need to be logged into your Clientzone on the Website.

Please be aware that the availability and approval of loans are not guaranteed. The final decision regarding loan approval, terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria is determined by the lending institution. The terms and conditions of loans may vary depending on the specific lender and your individual creditworthiness.

Any insurance policies or contracts will be directly between you and the insurance company. HelloCredit does not have control over the decision-making process of insurance providers.

The Insurance Offering service is available to clients with a fully functional Account. To access this service, you need to be logged into your Clientzone on the Website.

The Credit Card Offering service is available to clients with a fully functional Account. To access this service, you need to be logged into your Clientzone on the Website.

The Cellular Offering service is available to clients with a fully functional Account. To access this service, you need to be logged into your Clientzone on the Website.

  • Have a up to date paid subscription
  • Reboot Service is a paid subscription

Reboot is a financial educational program designed to provide users with access to educational content, personalized coaching, and other resources to improve their financial knowledge and skills.

The information and content provided in Reboot are for educational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. HelloCredit does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes or results as a result of using Reboot.

The Reboot program is available to HelloCredit members who have subscribed to the Reboot service and have completed the registration process.

HelloCredit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reboot program or any aspect of it at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Reboot account login credentials and for any activities or actions taken under their account.

The content provided in Reboot, including videos, articles, quizzes, and other materials, is the property of HelloCredit and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without prior written permission from HelloCredit.

Users may not share their Reboot account login credentials with others or allow others to access the program using their account.

HelloCredit may collect and use user data in accordance with its privacy policy. By using Reboot, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as outlined in the privacy policy.

Hellobucks

To use the HelloBucks service it is necessary for you to:

  • To be logged into your Clientzone.
  • Complete all necessary information if need be
  • Have a up to date paid subscription

HelloBucks (hereinafter referred to as "HB") is a loyalty program offered by HelloCredit to its members.

HB can be earned through various activities specified by HelloCredit, such as completing modules in the Reboot educational program, referring friends and family, and keeping the HelloCredit subscription up to date.

HB can be redeemed for eligible rewards available in the HelloBucks catalog, including but not limited to cellular data, airtime, electricity vouchers, grocery vouchers, and other exclusive offers.

HB has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.

HB earned or redeemed may be subject to expiration. Expiration dates, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in the HelloBucks account or associated promotional materials.

HelloCredit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the HB program or any aspect of it at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion.

HelloCredit may adjust the earning and redemption rates for HB, as well as the available rewards, without prior notice.

HB is non-transferable and can only be used by the HelloCredit member who earned it.

HelloCredit is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of HB.

HelloCredit reserves the right to review and audit HB transactions and accounts for compliance with these terms of use.

Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the HB program terms may result in the suspension or termination of a member's account, forfeiture of HB, and other appropriate actions.

By participating in the HB program, members agree to abide by these terms of use and any additional terms and conditions specified by HelloCredit.

HelloCredit may communicate with members about HB, including program updates, reward offers, and promotional materials, through email, SMS, or other channels.

To use the Referral service it is necessary for you to:

Newsletter is provided only for Clients with Accounts and it is free of charge.

Within the Newsletter Service we will send you information, including commercial information, regarding promotions, new offers, events, competitions, etc. on a regular basis or at various intervals. regarding products and services offered by us or our partners.

This information will be sent to you by text messages (SMS) and/or e-mail.

To subscribe to the Newsletter you must:

  • Provide Us with your e-mail address and phone number;
  • Accept the Terms of Conditions and the Privacy Policy;
  • Agree to process your personal data;

You can unsubscribe from Newsletter at any moment by:

  • Sending us an e-mail with such request;

Fees

The agreement for the "Account" service is free. We will not charge you for accessing the "loans, credit cards, insurance, cellular offers and referral programme".

There is a fee associated with the Credit Reboot Plan service. The specific fee amount will be communicated to you separately, and you will be required to make the payment for availing the Credit Reboot Plan.

Please note that the fee for the Credit Reboot Plan is separate from any other fees or charges mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

Our liability

We are not responsible for any damage that arises as a result of failure to provide Services provided under these Terms of Conditions, due to circumstances for which we are not liable, in particular resulting from force majeure, equipment failure, errors and third-party interference.

Entities independent of us may place advertisements on the Website via links (links), banners, etc. We have no control over the content available on the sites of these entities and we are not liable for their offers, information or activities. When deciding to take the actions recommended in such an advertisement, you do so only at your own risk.

Withdrawal right

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the "Account" service without giving any reason and at no cost within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us a statement before it expires.

Intellectual property rights

The Website is our property. Using the Website on the basis of the Terms of Conditions in any way does not in any way result in the purchase of some or all of the above. intellectual property rights. Complaint procedure

You can file a complaint if you are not happy with how we render the Services, in particular if you think that:

You can file a complaint:

The complaint should contain the following information:

Final provisions
